Waiver

Acknowledgment and Assumption of Risks:

I, the undersigned, acknowledge that participating in activities at The Kids Cave involves certain inherent risks. These risks include, but are not limited to, the risk of injury or harm to myself or my child arising from activities such as play equipment, physical exertion, and interactions with other participants.

I understand and acknowledge that The Kids Cave is designed for physically active children. While the staff takes all reasonable measures to ensure safety, accidents can still occur. I am aware that my child will be engaged in age-appropriate activities that may include climbing, jumping, sliding, and other forms of physical play.

Waiver of Liability:

In consideration of being permitted to use The Kids Cave facilities, I hereby waive, release, and discharge The Kids Cave and its owners, employees, agents, and representatives from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me or my child while using The Kids Cave premises or participating in its activities.

Indemnification:

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Kids Cave and its owners, employees, agents, and representatives from any liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action brought by any third party as a result of my child’s participation in The Kids Cave activities.

Medical Treatment Authorization:

I authorize The Kids Cave staff to administer first aid and seek medical treatment on behalf of my child in the event of any injury, illness, or emergency while participating in activities at The Kids Cave.

Consent to Photography:

I grant permission to The Kids Cave to photograph or video my child while participating in activities for promotional purposes, and I waive any rights to compensation for such use.

I have carefully read and fully understand this Waiver and Consent Form. I am aware that by signing this form, I am giving up certain legal rights and remedies.
