Details About Hosting Your Event

Party packages are for up to 12 children. Each additional child is $10.00 (Limit of 16 children per party).

Weekday party rentals include 30 minutes before and 15 minutes after the rental time for set up and clean up with assistance from us. For Example: The setup will begin at 5:00 pm and the party will start at 5:30 pm.

Weekend party rentals include 30 minutes before and 15 minutes after the rental time for setup and clean up with assistance from us. *No Guests allowed during the setup time. For Example: The setup will begin at 10:00 am and the party will start at 10:30 am.

Guideline: Private party rental allows party decorations and outside food and drinks. Tables and (14) chairs will be provided to you. You will need to bring table covers for (2) Six-foot tables and (2) Three-foot tables.

CAN ADULTS ATTEND?: Adults are welcome to stay and hang out while the party happens. While we do not put a limit on the number of adults, we ask that you use your discretion and keep your numbers reasonable. Our parties are designed for children.

DEPOSIT AND CANCELLATIONS: At the time of booking, you will pay a $100 non-refundable deposit.

If you cancel up to 30 days before your party, we will refund the amount paid (minus the $100 deposit). If you cancel up to 7 days before your booked party we will credit the amount paid (minus the $100 deposit) to your account to be used as a punch card pass. After that point, the entire amount paid is non-refundable.

AMENITIES: We do not have a refrigerator. If you have items you’d like to bring that require being chilled, you’re welcome to bring coolers/insulated tote bags. 

ALCOHOL: Alcohol is not permitted.
